Originally we had started the process with another lender. As first time home buyers, it’s so difficult to navigate this system and to clearly understand documents, especially when your lender isn’t leading you in the way they should be. Mitch was an amazing person to work with. He called me like every other mortgage company did but gave him a chance and so glad I did. He helped me purchase my first home on my own. He also helped me get $30,000 towards closing costs which I didn’t believe at first but the county I live in offered a down payment assistance program which I went through and received.
